What are the currently monthly HOA dues?
Each unit has different HOA fees in accordance with the square footage of each unit. Please check with seller's agent for accurate HOA fees.
How often are dues paid?
HOA fees are collected quarterly. February, May, August and November.
What do dues cover?
All common area property maintenance, common area upgrades, property insurance, HOA management fees, water, sewer, trash, telephone, internet, television service, gas, electricity.

- Age of the development (Opened in 2007)
- Number of buildings (2) and materials to be maintained
- Number of units that will share in the allocation
- Size of the units that will share in the allocations
- The cost of all utilities are included in HOA dues
Are many owners delinquent in their payment of HOA dues?
No. We are very proactive about collecting dues.
What do I have to pay for separately as an Owner?
Summit County Property tax, repairs and maintenance of your unit. Additionally, Condo Owners obtain an HO6 policy to insure your condo and your personal contents, & provide coverage for the Master Association's deductible ($10,000) should you file a claim against the Master Association. Other insurance needs may include coverage for as accident, death, general liability, loss of rental income. The Owner must name the Association as an additional party on their insurance certificate and provide annually to the Association.
Do I have to be in a rental program?
No. Our Declarations do not require that you rent your unit or that you use any particular rental manager. Vail Resorts Hospitality manages our front desk and the making of keys for both Owners and Guests.
How do I get rental information for a specific unit?

Can I live in my Unit?
Yes. Our Declarations do not prohibit living in the condo.
Do you allow pets?
Our governing documents and current resolutions and policies do not allow for pets.
Will I have an assigned parking space?
No, we do not have assigned parking spots nor do we guarantee parking for Owners and/or their guests. All parking spots are first come, first serve for both guests and Owners. We do have overflow parking in parking lot South of the facility. Long term parking of Owner vehicles is not permitted. Active vehicles only.
Do you have storage lockers for Owners?
We are actively adding storage units to the project as we can. Currently we have approximately 18 storage lockers varying in size. Storage lockers are offered as they become available, to the first Owner in good standing, from the wait list. Storage Lockers may NOT be transferred in real estate purchase. Storage lockers are paid for annually, due at the beginning of the year. Our rates are comparable to the same size locker in Park City area.
Do you have and Owner's Lounge?
We do not. We do have free equipment valet in the lobby for skis, snowboards and mountain bikes. This free service is available for both guests and Owners. Additionally, we have bike racks in our secure garage for Owners and Guests. We are looking at adding more bike racks for the growing demand.
Do you have EV chargers?
We DO have chargers in the garage for electric vehicles. 3 For Teslas, and 3 for NON teslas
Is the pool open year round?
Yes, the pool is heated and open year round. As is the hot tub.
Are there any Transfer Fees?
Yes, there is a 2% transfer fee. The 2% fee goes to Canyons Village Management Association (CVMA) which is the greater HOA that Silverado Lodge is a part of.
How can I get copies of the Minutes, Budgets and Financials of the HOA?

If I want a history of repairs and maintenance to a unit, how do I obtain that?
